Reffing wasn't even that bad, imo. At least compared to what I witnessed this post season...

Bold prediction, but Luka is not going to let his team lose to the Pheonix Suns.

DFS isn't going to go 8-12 from 3 ever again....Phx will be fine.

It can just as easy be Kleber and Brunson combining for 8 threes the next game.
Originated from the nethermost, currently however, our entire squadron is now hither.

His teammates are trash. They're just being allowed to be physical while the Suns can't even look at them the wrong way. At the end of the day anybody in the NBA can hit open 3's.

I’m glad to hear this from a Suns fan. Some other Suns fans keep acting like the Mavs supporting cast aren’t one of the worst.

Trash maybe an overreaction from the refs job today(lol) but they are all average at best. The only fringe starter they have is THJ. Any NBA player can hit open 3's though. That's where the Suns are messing up.

He's 37 though, I feel like ur legacy should be set or am I wrong? Do you think having a ring now still matters towards how we view him?

Luka sucked and the Mavs still won by 10.

Not a great sign for the Suns.

Crazy that the Suns finally got some serviceable backup centers only to find the rest of the bench go Houdini.

Weird game to say this, I mean he passed the ball well, but missed TONS of makeable shots.

Johnny stop...Luka only fans are historians but don’t care if mavs win if Luka has 40....

Dallas have been the hottest team in NBA since the All star break along with Celtics so that's not so much of a surprise.

I was always thinking they would cool off, that hasn't happened.

Cause they've become a seriously good defensive team.
Under Carlisle, I would have thought the same as you as their few hot streaks were mostly dued to offensive power and not much else while their hot streak under Kidd has been mainly based on defense

People who think Luka was ass today must have watched different game. It's amazing how many open looks he creates for his teammates..Mavs got so many open corner 3 opportunities today due to Luka...that doesn't happen easily in playoffs

Yeah for real.

Suns were my pick to win the West and I thought only full-power Bucks might beat them.

Bench needs to pick it up.
Jokic 31/21/22
Luka & Oscar = 5 x 27/8/8
The Brodie = All-out energy

Bitter haters  2 games ago Luka ball was impossible to be successful with and he was holding his teammates back.

His role players stepped up today, Phoenix still has way more talent on the roster, both things can be true

Don't you know it's always Luka's fault?

When the teammates are playing badly, it's Luka's fault for not involving them and when the teammates are playing great, Luka isn't that good anyway because his teammates are great.

Hate makes you blind.

Ayton needs to step it up on offense.

Why does his age matter when he’s still playing as great as he’s always been? He was an All Star this year and likely All NBA and has had huge games this postseason already. He just had 2 poor games and is fresh off of blowing a 2-0 lead in the finals. Blowing another 2-0 lead this year would be a pretty bad look

It's a genuinely interesting question as to whether the league busts him out for game 5 or game 6. Obviously game 7 would be too controversial.

I'm just saying, other players played great, don't need to be salty.

I think the mavs better when Luka has energy to play in the 4th vs going all out for the first half and not being able to help on defense or offense in 4th.

Good win by the refs and the mavs...

But the league needs to really decide about the refs etc

League knows Lebron is out. Refs gonna be putting heavy focus on the 4 future stars of the league. Morant is injured so his series is probably over. But Luka, Tatum and Giannis are gonna always have advantages in my opinion. Unfortunately Tatum and Giannis are going against each other so you won’t see a clear advantage.

You say that when he just shot a air ball 3....you are definitely delusional if you think this game has Luka ahead of jokic

well I am not basing off one game. Every player has a bad shooting night, especially from 3. That doesn't mean Luka isn't amazing.

Not going to say Luka not amazing but he isn’t as good as Jokic period...

If Luka commits to defense then he can talk about truly being legit great... players that only play on offense or defense are not my thing
