Look. A team, who is 2:2 in second round, is there for a reason. You can believe whatever you want for sure.

They’re better than a lot of the NBA but there’s different levels. They’re a cut below. It’s like saying a player in the NBA is trash. They one of the best in the world but there’s tiers within that.

This low tier team is 2 games away of eliminating first seed. ;)

If you’ve ever played sports and I’m sure you have then you know sometimes the better team doesn’t win. If you’ve played certain sports you’d know you can be the better team for the majority of the game and still lose. Suns are a soft first seed but they should still be doing better then the Mavs. I wish them luck and want them to win so I’m glad they’re 2-2 but I still stand by my assessment that they’re the worst team left.

I minded it when all of a sudden Suns don't get the "playoff basketball" benefit of the doubt and they get tacky. If they had ejected Luka I would understand but nothing that Dallas has experience comes close to what the refs did today. It was straight up embarrassing but that's just me. That isn't the reason why Dallas shot ridiculous from 3 but taking out CP3 didn't help either.

You know what was the only embarrassing thing in this series? Suns fans declaring win, before series even started. And now you're in total shock, blaming referees, Luka flopping...but not seeing how bad Suns really looked. Even game 2 was totally open, before CP3 saved you ass with incredible Q4.

Suns still winning. The refs are just making sure the series goes 6 at least. 2 of the worst suns performances in the CP3 playoffs era and Mavs struggle to close them out? Both games should have been 20 point blow outs given how bad the Suns played.

You see, this is embarrassing. No class whatsoever.

Suns are not winning anything yet. They have must win game 5.

Mavs closed both games just fine. And you might missed, but Luka had disastrous shooting game tonight. It would have been over in Q3, if he had normal day. You were basically beaten by undrafted player. ;)

That play didn't get talked about enough, because everyone focussed on Ayton. What Crowder did should be a flagrant, should it not? He litterally threw Luka violently on the ground. I'm not sure why no one reacted to that and acted like it didn't happen. It's weird.

Even Ayton does a side bump into Luka that negates the idea that this should be an offensive foul.

I don’t see how Jaxson Hayes shove of Crowder was much worse than this. And Hayes got a flagrant 2 ejection for that,

But this is a no call?

It just further demonstrates that the entire flagrant/review process is stupid.

It should never result in an ejection unless it is completely undeniably terrible or a 2nd technical, like it used to be.

Because they're vastly different plays?

I get people hate Jae, and seems Suns don't have many fans outside of AZ. But saying those two plays are similar is a joke.

Jae probably should get a foul there. Flagrant is ridiculous

Why? I can say it was Jae’s intent to slam/injure Luka into the ground (just like people assumed Haye’s intent).

How is that a basketball play? It’s not even close.

Should probably get a foul? Lmao. Since when is it ever not a foul to push a (defenseless) player to the ground??

Just like people said it was Haye’s intent to hurt Jae or whatever. They assumed intent. But Jae had no intent here?

if you go to watch the Hayes play from all angles, Crowder sees him coming and exaggerated the contact as usual.

It’s very subjective. But if you don’t think this is even certainly a foul on Luka, you’re not being honest with yourself.

You can nit pick at everything. Cp3 had an uncharacteristic 7 TO's in game 3. Mavs shot an unsustainable 3pt% in game 4. CP3 fouled out with 23 min left. Suns had the 2 worst playoff outings in the CP3 era. At the end of the day they still were in both games until the 4th quarter when they should have been blown out. "If he had a normal day" lmao.

If DA, CP3, Mikal and Book had "normal days" this would have been over in 4. Lol.

You're not the first one to dismiss the Mavs and you won't be the last one.

Last year the Clipps chose the Mavs (lost a few on purpose in regular season) in the playoffs and barely got away with it with 4-3.
This year the Suns fans were proclaiming how the Mavs don't have anyone like Alverado and Herb (and other people) to cover CP3, don't have anyone to guard Ayton and that they prefer the Mavs over the Pelicans. It's currently 2-2, Booker was fully healthy all the time, so the Mavs at least equalized the Pels. It's just very disrespectful to the Mavs after 35-12 in 2022, top5 defense in the NBA, and with one of the best players in the league... And given how much fight they showed last year.

On the other hand, you're giving the credit to the Grizzlies, Heat and the Celtics based on absolutely nothing (vs the Mavs).

For what it's worth, Draymond Green (and you should be a huge admirer of his basketball knowledge, since you're a GSW fan) said before the series that it's 50 50 who will win the series between the Mavs and the Suns.

The arrogance of fans of a team that was garbage for almost a decade and is now riding their luck with a 37y playoff choker is really something else.

Even before the series all the talk about sweep blabla. Against a team that was with the Celtics the best team in 2022...

I'm not nit picking anything. It's 2:2. Both teams defended home court well. You're finding excuses for not winning series already. I just tried to show you, it's not only 1 way too look at things. But be my guest and continue whining. I hope you continue next 2 games. ;)

CP3 is 37 years old and has not won anything for a reason. I kinda doubt that will change in Suns.

Wait, so you need a perfect game basically from Suns players to beat this 4th seeded Dallas team with Brunson as their second best player? Lol.

Dallas never beaten this version of Suns team like 0-11. Finally they beat them two straight and I'm proud, already an accomplishment against the number 1 team in the NBA.

I saw a fan talking trash to luka. Did it go beyond that? I wouldn't say talking trash to an opponent is equivalent to putting hands on a players mother.

If you're going to excuse fans assaulting a players family you're a bigger POS than they are. Trash talking and getting physical with a players family arem't remotely close.

Bob didn't excuse that at all. Calling him a POS feels way out of line.

If CP3's family was indeed being harassed and/or getting hands put on them, then that is unacceptable. You can trash talk the players but family should always be off limits.

You didn't hurt my feelings but the refs were out of control in this game and now we find out that Mavs fans are putting their hands on Paul's family.

I mean I don't know what to say in this situation other than the NBA needs to get their **** together. Not only was this game poorly officiated but the Celtics-Bucks game from yesterday was an abomination as well.

This applies to multiple games over the past few days including yesterday with Poole grabbing Ja's knee. I don't remember players hitting other players intentionally and injuring them in last years playoffs.
