For me this really isn't close.

Booker is a very important piece to a nice ensemble team similar to the role any of the best Spurs players played on those teens teams. Tatum is the driving force behind a team that is almost identical by point differential and replacing him would cause a collapse in performance.

Again I like Booker alot but he's not on the level of Tatum.

I feel like this is Tatum and it isn't close.

Booker may actually be the better offensive player, but Tatum's defensive gap is huge, even with booker's improved POA efforts.

I actually think Tatum is underrated on that end, and overrated offensively.

I really hope he doesn't turn out like PG offensively, inconsistent with a reliance on jumpers.

Taytum is clearly better. Maybe not significant, but obvious nonetheless.

Good to see it’s 12-0 in favor of Tatum.

It has to be Tatum just on the basis of his defense.

Jayson Tatum

LEBRON-5.11

EPM-5.8

RAPTOR-6.4

Devin Booker

LEBRON-2.70

EPM-4.5

RAPTOR-4.5

In terms of value added to the team, I don't really see the argument. Tatum also played more games too. Tatum is legitimately an all-nba level defender at the wing, and for instance, what he was able to do when guarding KD is an example of the serious value add.
