this doesnt actually mean the domestic stuff isnt true, he just won a custody battle. Still love seeing dads fight for their kids though! all i can say is idk what really happened, we cant call anyone a liar based on the ruling.

This is not true. If either the Georgia Courts or Cali Courts found there to be credible evidence that Holme's abused his child the child would be either placed into custodial care either through the state or a relative. The fact both Courts agreed that Holmes should receive sole physical custody means the Courts found no credible evidence of abuse to the child.

The ruling here is based on the ex’s repeated violations of the various court orders, based on the press reports. And the stories feature quotes exclusively from Holmes’ team. She likely doesn’t have the resources for the kind of PR offensive he does, which is part of the inequities of the court system. Its not a vindication of her claims, nor an exoneration of Holmes. No one here knows what happened. But we have a lot of mens rights activists on the GB who are happy to project their insecurities onto something like this.

I have no real interest in every specific case, but there's nothing more strange than people yelling about due process when they know nothing about the details of what is going on. As someone with relatives that try to get the right thing done through due process, take many years and fail, due process is not what you think it is.

Lots of people were after him, if you knew this dude and his family the story felt very very unlikely.

Happy for Richaun. Regardless if he is in Sacramento or not, he will always be one of favorites.

I don't know much about family law, but count me as confused trying to figure out what is going on there. Were they in mediation/arbitration? Is that California judge....... a judge?
