I do worry about his size/strength a bit, but maybe we do just go for Chandler at #24. Get us a young electric PG that can handle the rock and break down the defense. Sick of watching Jrue try to play PG full time, let him slide to the 2 more often and have KC run the offense.

Chandler's got a 6-7 wingspan, so the height is really just causing misunderstandings about the kind of player he can be. Excellent defender, and had to guard a lot of 2s because he shared the court with Zeigler (5-9).

By size I mostly meant weight/muscle. Does he have an official measurement of 6'7" WS though? If so, that's great. I thought it was 6'5", which is still solid. He's growing on me more and more by the day. I love that he competes at a high level on defense and is extremely efficient on offense. KC/Jrue/Midds/Giannis/Portis would be a super fun, switchy 5.

Walker Kessler would be an interesting project. Fix his shot mechanics and maybe you have a future Brook replacement, at least defensively. Jovic is another player I'd be interested in for the Bucks. Wing player with a nice offensive skill set that will need to be placed on the Suki bulking plan to add some size. Still pretty young too at 19.

Considering our apparent trade deadline interest in Grant Williams after winning the title with PJ, you'd have to think Liddell would be fairly high on our list.

I think a pretty high chance, yeah. He's one of those guys I could see somebody getting enamored of him in workouts and going top 20, or I could see him going undrafted. His passing makes him a different kind of gamble imo. He had a terrible year and looked extremely slow-footed, but he was also hurt and there's a reason he was such a highly rated prep player.

Will be honest, I'm surprised that John Butler is declaring for the league. I know that teams are enamored of tall guys who can shoot, but he kinda ain't it. I'd be surprised if he even gets drafted.

Anthony Polite is a nice kid. Might get some G-league minutes or play in some Balkan country, but he's just been in college too long - makes sense for him to go.

I’m coming around to this idea.

Tweener but can put the ball in the hoop and play D. Probably limited upside, but good chance he contributes

Liddell is probably my favorite "plug-and-play-from-Day-1" dude in this draft. Not saying it as a direct comparison, but he's got some Draymond tendencies to him.

I agree. Weird player to project for the NBA but I like him and I think the Bucks will like him too.

Beauchamp probably remains my favorite choice around our pick though.

On a recent-ish pod Vecenie said something like Dalen Terry would probably go around late first early second this year but could be a lotto pick next year. Anything to that? If so, would it be a good pick to grab him this year if we're projecting that?

Been going back and forth , a point guard with quickness , court vision and passing or a shooting guard with length , quickness and can shoot. Going to be hard to get that player where we will be drafting. Don't know the college players . anybody know of players that will possibly be there that I am looking for?

I do think he's got star potential, and he was an awesome utility man for a great U of A team. I can more easily imagine him being a really good floor general type of PG. Probing, hitting cutters and floaters. Like a big Tyus Jones. It's pretty appealing. Lots of skill development between here and there but he's got a good head for the game and excellent vision and awareness.

It'd make a huge difference for him to develop his body, but not everybody can or wants to.
