This is it tonight. So the way to do it is bet money against the Leafs so it they lose you still have something to show for it.

That was a real tough loss. I think they played an amazing series to be honest other than game 4 which was an absolute failure.

It's a shame this first round loss follows the other big failures. This team needs two big, mobile and nasty wingers. They need to find a prime Lucic of some sort to either go alongside Marner/Mattews and drop Bunting down or with Tavares/Nylander.

The bottom six was decent all year but teams that go deep get production from those guys in the playoffs and we just didn't get enough. Gotta rejig that.

They're close to getting over the hump, it they were facing a weaker team they might have. Then again if they faced a weaker team they might have taken the foot off the gas at some point instead of playing hard every minute. I still think it astonishing the Leafs haven't had an elite D man or goaltender in like forever.

Felix, Cujo, Eddie all carried less talented teams further and those teams had solid defensive cores. I love Rielly but he is not the stud number one you need. I wish he'd shoot from the point a lot more on the PP.

I don't think the numbers would have worked but I really wish the Leafs found a way to get Seth Jones to Toronto last off-season.
