Send Randle back to Texas and draft Ivey!
Randle + Noel + Kemba + #11 + Dallas 23 for #3 and Wall
Wall / IQ / McBride
Ivey / Grimes
RJ / Fournier
Toppin / Reddish
Mitch / Sims
trade Rose to chicago for protected 1st
trade Burks to Mil for 2nd and filler
You guys have to stop with these unrealistic trades, just flip it around, would you trade Wall & 3 for that package? No, so why would they.

But why you defending him so hard on the flipside? I really envy your positivity about a team that hasn't won d*ck in a generation. It's more of the same, you just can't see it through those beautiful rose glasses you're wearing. The only thing that's changed is the names on the backs of jerseys, and the coach and FO. Results are still the same, every got dam year. Over and over again.
We're all realists so I guess we need someone to try to pump us up about the 'future' of the Knicks, so thank you for playing that role. I don't know how you do it, but it's pretty incredible for someone to have these positive vibes after watching decades of incompetence.
Props to you my friend.
I'm not defending anyone in this front office and never have. But some of the arguments are so dumb. Nobody knows whatbthia front office is thinking. I'll be the first one to put them on blast if they do some really dumb ish. But until that happens what's the sense of continuing to beat the same dead horse over and over and over again?
This draft meant nothing we always knew it wasn't gona amount to nothing. To overreact to essentially nothing and bitch about a how a man looks is dumb af. Yesterday meant absolutely nothing for our future, thank God we didn't drop bc we've dropped I think 7 times in the past 18.
I mean, this is a New York Knicks fans message board, isn't it? If we're not going to talk about all things Knicks related here (including the look on one of our FO's face), where will it be discussed? This is a board for all of us frustrated fans to sound off a bit with each other so we can try to keep our sanity. Give everyone a break, lol.
I know you put them on blast a lot. I wasn't cutting you down at all. It's actually a positive people like you are on the board to lift our spirits every once in a while.
It's not easy being a fan of the worst franchise in all of sports.
And btw, the draft DID mean a LOT last night. If we would have moved up into the top 4, it could have changed the trajectory of this franchise. There is some talent at the top of the draft. So I disagree with you there. Sadly, we're in the same middling position we're always in, so we have another role player (at best) coming in (unless we somehow strike gold at 11)

Don't believe the quick part, RJ absolutely do and rightfully so unless the offer lands us a young star.
Maybe some members love quick as a person and feel his talent has room for growth but i doubt it's the ones that matter
i dontnbuy these rumors #1 and #2 im sure they listen to all and any offers but unless the offer blows them away for RJ they hang up. Unlike some knicks fans they covet RJ and you'll see why next seasonDaGawd wrote:KnixtapeH20 wrote:Spree2Houston wrote:

The Knicks honestly have no untouchables.. or shouldn’t any way

I think we should take a look at Jaden Hardy. I know his stock is very down, but his ceiling is pretty high. Just has a really low floor to go with it.

OT but I will never let you live down doubting Ja Morant after you were the first person to bring him to my attention.

If we plug those three into those spots as starters and "untouchables", then we need to find long-term solutions at the "2" and "5". Can Grimes plug in as a starter at the "2" some day? Can you instead find a tall PG type who can play next to IQ (like Rubio, Brogdon)? Seems like Brogdon can be had for a reasonable return. Maybe plug Brogdon and Grimes in at the 2. As for Center, the long-term solution is still up in the air. Is it better to find a guy who can shoot the three and defend 1 through 5? Probably... that's where the NBA is going.
