Heat @ Cel-ticks - Game 3 - Revenge of the nerds

Post#1 » by IceColdCubano » Fri May 20, 2022 1:06 pm

Thankfully my Power went out last night at the house, I was saved from that torture in my eyes by a higher power however didn’t make it any better watching the ESPN game cast on the phone. We gonna come back strong and adjust, Spo is too good not find a way to do this. They got punched in the mouth, and also were shocked to see what a full squad from Boston could do. Now it’s win or go home, losing both these away games means bye bye. The first one is the one you want to take from them, that’s why I am here to help.

Ironically, my neighbor 2 doors down 5th wheel trailer caught fire last night right at game time. The flames were massive while heat was immense 2 houses away. Unfortunately, the wrong Heat was on fire last night. Need to fix that.

We're a 3pt shooting team and we'll only go as far as our shooters take us. As Spo said in the Philly series after we lost 2 straight on the road - we're not going to reinvent the wheel at this stage of the season. It's easy to get lost in the mist of things when the other team hits 10 more threes than you in a game (that's 30 points).

As another poster here previously stated - it's a series, so when you win you feel invincible, but when you lose you feel like the sky is literally falling. It's a rollercoaster of emotions.

If this Heat team wants to win, they'd need to execute more efficiently on offense (which means they need to hit their open three's) while also playing better perimeter D.
