yes, much. There's tiers between him and them. He really reminds me of Jimmy Butler and could end up a star. I think he could go top 10 easy

Clyde keep taking losses with the bad takes.

PBJ is absolutely getting drafted. He is a huge in terms of size. He is so unathletic that it seems like an issue with conditioning and working out. Despite his inability to jump, he is fairly smooth and fluid for his size.

Huge 6'10" size with 7'1.75" span with great handles for size. His splits are bad because he played for a dysfunctional school as the first option. Without those pullup and step back self-created shots, his splits will be better. Besides his 74.3% FT is fairly good for a player of his size. His long term potential as a stretch 5 is still there and easily warrants a 40+ pick.

I agree he is draftable but I dont buy that he is that high of an upside guy. I think he maxes out as a Trey Lyles type. Would say maybe Portis but I think PBJ plays sleepy and Bobby makes his money on his energy (And reliable 3PT shot these days).

I know we have some Aussie contributors here; specifically need insight from those that follow the NBL. How real is Ousmane Dieng's 2nd half of the season? Does he compare favorably to some of the other prospects that have come out of that league? Feel like he's a very real possibility for my Thunder at 12 and it scares me to think about how many "theoretical" guys we often take.

I have him mocked at 12 going to you guys and I honestly would swing for it in your position. You are getting the 2nd pick, you already have Shai, Giddey, Mann etc and a million more draft picks.

If he pans out imo he could be one of the best in the draft. Has every tool imo, just needs to improve them and develop more in the gym.

You don't find players with his potential often, he may not even make it to 12.

Anyone more familiar with the adriatic league? Can this guy actually play, or is this a case of getting lost in hype video? Looks like a solid SRP to my eye, with potential for more.

During the season I was pro Chet Holmgren over Jabari Smith. Right now I am favoring Jabari Smith over Chet Holmgren. Why? It's because Jabari is the superior switchable defender. That's basically why anyone ever favors Jabari over Chet. But here is video supporting it. In the first video at 0:54, watch Jabari Smith guard JD Davison from out beyond the three point line into the paint and end with blocking his shot. In the second video watch Chet Holmgren get his ankles broken and collapse onto the floor as he attempts to defend Jalen Williams out around the three point line.

If I’m the Magic I take Paolo they need a guy who can create and be a go to scorer

I like Chet but he’s never gonna be a #1 scoring option on a team.

Magic would be real good defensively but really struggle to score in the halfcourt

Dyson Daniels (Top 100: No. 6)
Daniels continued his rapid ascent with an impressive showing at the Octagon Pro Day, where he displayed impressive shot-making prowess. Decision-makers from virtually every team in the NBA lottery were on hand to watch what appeared to be, in my view, the most eye-opening workout of the week in Chicago. NBA teams were buzzing afterward about Daniels' talent, throwing out comparisons to the likes of Tyrese Haliburton and Khris Middleton.

Daniels, an alumnus of the NBA Global Academy and G League Ignite program, has grown considerably in the past few years, adding 3 inches and 30 pounds of bulk. Even so, he appears nowhere close to reaching his physical potential with an outstanding frame and near 7-foot wingspan. The knowledge that Daniels has guard skills, with measurements that should allow him to moonlight at power forward as his frame fills out over time, is intriguing in today's NBA. The way teams rave about Daniels' interviews at the combine and the background intel they have received is clearly working in his favor. There's a real comfort level with what seems to be an extremely high floor for Daniels as a prospect, while the thought process regarding his ultimate ceiling appears to be evolving daily. -- Givony

Dyson Daniels moving all the way up to 6 is interesting, ahead of Sharpe

No issue here with Dyson at No 6. I think he can play jumbo SG at the next level as he has the quick twitch athleticism to stick with smaller guys. I can see him as a more aggressive SG version of Batum.

No one is drafting Dyson as a SG.

Any and all values in a guard or wing relies on their ability to create, if you want to call this position point guard, that's up to you.

If you cannot create, you better be a 3 and D prospect.

Dyson is the best creator this year at the top of the draft.

I couldn't find a thread for TyTy Washington - anyone able to fill me in on his game? I remember he was a huge part of UK and when he got hurt they floundered. Has good size for PG.

I don’t see where the hype from Dyson is coming from. I do think he is a top 10 guy but putting him over the combination of players like Keegan, Mathurin and AJ as the #6 pick is surprising. He isn’t nearly as dynamic a passer/floor general as Tyrese Haliburton or nearly the shooter Middleton is. The workout must have been amazing.

I don't hate Jabari as a prospect but don't think he's going to reach the lofty expectations that come with being a #1 pick...his shot creation is just not there yet

If you take Chet and Dieng is still there at 12 then it's a no-brainer pick.

Highest upside outside of top 6.

He's young and started shooting and defending poorly but then in last 2nd half of season he put up 0.58 TS% on 15ppg in 22mpg and defense was solid. He has good ball-handling and playmaking ability.

I think Ingram is a good comp. I think he will be better as a rookie than people think.

He has a much more well rounded game than all those guys and is the best athlete of the bunch IMO.

AJ has the shooting (Albeit I believe he is a Nesmith outlier that wont translate), isnt a great defender or athlete after the injury and has rudimentary handles, passing, basically everything outside that 3 ball is really, really raw.

Mathurian strikes me as a pretty easy to find type player, decent at a ton of things, doesnt really stand out doing any one thing. He isnt the defender, passer or handler of Dyson (And while Dyson has to improve that 3, he was 74% from the line, Mathurian only 3 points better at 77)

Murray is a totally different guy as a pure, position locked PF IMO. If you want 22PPG, he is probably the best bet of the 4 to get that. But I am not convinced he doesnt give up as much on the other end. He is basically the same size as Dyson while having more mass but isnt nearly as fluid, mobile, etc. With Dyson vs Murray, its whether you want a Batum / Bridges type of a Tobias / Warren type. I think any team wanting to win playoff games takes the former over the latter.
