better player at their best: klay vs iguodala?

this actually came up in a discussion and thought it was a interesting comparision

who do you have as the better player (peak, prime, who would you rather have, etc)

Id take prime Philly Iggy over Klay.............and I dont think its that close. Middle class mans Pippen IMO and he was better in some aspects and more clutch too

Ppl forget a team let by Iggy and Jrue took us to 7 in 2012 and we were down in the 4th of game 7 early too........He was as good as any perimeter defender, great ballhandler, transition monster, good playmaker

I wonder if even Denver or MAAYYYBE 15 Iggy was better than prime Klay. The PPG dropoff IMO seems to be more intentionally scaling back i dunno if Iggy lost that much scoring ability and we saw what he did in the 15 finals..........he averaged 18/8/5 against the Warriors in 13 too as the 1st option and Denver was missing Gallo that series their 2nd best player

peak PHI iggy > peak klay > GSW iggy imo. but i don't think the margin is that wide, kinda surprised to see the results.

I think that Iggy was clearly better at his peak and I'd consider him over Klay in 2015 as well. After 2015, Klay was better.

Merging the two latest comparisons,

peak Iggy > peak Klay > peak Battier > GSW Iggy. But the margins are small (like, about a quarter of a point between tiers, or less). Except in 2K, in 2K Iguodala stomps.

Oh, but the question is best prime? Then it's Iguodala easily.
