I have verbally reprimanded people in public for not having seen Goodfellas.

Jason Bateman did an interview about Ozark.

Spoiler:
As the credits roll on the series, a lot of people are dead, but at least four of the central characters are still alive. Is this a show you’d return to in some way? Could there be additional seasons or an “Ozark” movie?

Any job or work environment that was positive, and where you loved the people you were working with and you loved the product you were creating, you’d love to return to it. It’s hard to maintain something that is really pleasurable all the time. And we had that with “Ozark.” So I’d do it again in a second, because what we had just doesn’t happen often.

Finished the season. Agreed. It's the same Bosch (a good thing), with some new elements. Enjoyed

It's so weird to think of a "spin-off" where it's just the same central characters in a different setting, but they can't call it the same thing because it was named after the old setting.

He seems eager to want to do more so I wonder why they pulled the plug at 44. Maybe it was a Netflix decision, I don't know. Maybe they will merge this cast with the Narcos cast

I would be totally down for a Dexter: New Blood type situation where they essentially get another shot to wrap it up. Except hopefully they would actually wrap it up well unlike Dexter lol.

I think I'm coming to the realization that I'm no longer a Star Wars fan. I'll always have the original trilogy and clone wars, but everything that's come out since Force Awakens has been meh to me.

I liked TLJ but everything since has been boring to bad IMO.

Spoiler:
Yeah, those two chase scenes killed me, especially the really protracted one. There’s more that I have an issue with, but I found that I either had to laugh or feel deeply insulted.

With the more serious themes being presented, I was hopeful, but then we get to watch the slowest chase scene in history, and I can’t help but feel it’s all very unserious. If you have multiple shots where the pursuer has the kid cut off, just to cut, and then the kid is miraculously in front, you just have a terribly designed chase.

If the actor is slow, chop it up, move the camera in close, let it be disorienting. If you need to make it seem like the kid is running faster, get the camera low to the ground and run with them.

More so, if you think about it for a moment, how would someone small and slow be able to get away in real life. Oh, right, maybe put them through small areas where a larger person would struggle to fit. So, maybe rethink the set design a little - I don’t know, I don’t know film well, there’s a million things you could do to make those better.

I know Star Wars has always been cheesy, and I’m clearly off my rocker that this has unsettled me this much, but I can’t stop thinking about it. Maybe I’m missing the mark, and it’s just not for me, but how were those scene not edited differently?

Watching Tin Cup and it's a movie I've memorized. I love it. This scene horrifies me. I'd played golf since I was four and I was really good. Golf was my favorite thing to do once I couldn't pitch. I quit three years ago because I swear to god I got the shanks and it was as low as I've felt about anything ever. Drives were fine, but no matter what club I'd use I'd hit a sharp slice to the right. I couldn't play with anyone, they'd just put their heads down and act like it wasn't happening. It went on for months. Haven't gone back.

ETA:

Just googled it and yikes I had no idea this happened to an actual professional.

I thought the first two episodes of Obi Wan were pretty awesome. On par with Mando for me.

That chase scene was hilarious though.

I really can’t remember the last time I enjoyed a remake or a sequel, I feel Hollywood’s job is to create new things.

But jeez, I took my kids to Top Gun 2 and it was fun for me and they loved it.
