This Warriors are really in that company now.

And yes, if healthy they will destroy Boston.

I don't know if the Warriors will destroy Boston, but I do think the Celtic's defense finally meets their match against the Warriors.

They almost met their match against Giannis.

I don't think so. You're rhetorically discounting how hard it is to deal with Giannis. Nobody in the league presents the kinds of problems he does. I think they match up better with Golden State. Nobody should be surprised if Curry has the worst series of his career given the length and physicality they'll throw at him.

I wonder if our age wouldn’t have shown defensively vs GSW. So much movement and multiple attackers/points of attack w Curry Klay and Wiggins (and then Poole).

Looks like the Westbrook s&t for Kyrie might actually have legs. Hilarious.

If Boston is healthy, I think that is a nightmare matchup for GSW.

I like Boston in that series.

I'm going to have to root for Boston/Miami which is a disgusting reality.

With their personnel, BOS has a lot of flexibility to match-up on both ends. With anyone.

Im not yet sure if I like them to win tho. I go back and forth.

Oddly I think Poole gives us the most trouble. Can't focus on him and don't have enough quickness.

Y’all are crazy. I’d be surprised if it takes more than 5 for Golden State to win this one

Compared to the offenses Boston has played, GS has the potential to run them off the floor.

They can’t just camp around the paint or not defend the midrange area of the floor — Warriors off ball movement is like nothing they’ve played against.

ATL - Warriors to the Finals

I think I’d probably take Boston over GS but definitely hoping for GS to win. I just don’t think Golden State has the guys to defend Tatum and Brown.

Steph is obviously a handful as always but Boston can conceivably defend the others.

I'd lean Boston, but it'll be interesting. Boston have been ground down the last 2 series, while the W's have been pretty casual. There is the Smart/Curry bad blood and Boston will be punished way more should they have a bad shooting night, won't be able to get away with it like they can in this series with the Heat's incompetent offense.

Idk. Looney/Draymond being non shooters really works in our favor. I think if we had Khris and were able to not play Allen/Hill, we'd match up reasonably well with them. I also think Giannis would've completely destroyed them tbh. Boston is the most insane defense in the league and has tremendous personnel to contain him and he still was generational. As much as I respect Draymond, Giannis would murder that team imo, and GSW doesn't have the same defense as Boston to clamp everyone else and have Giannis' dominance not matter as much. Especially if Khris was available.

I think we would've had some issues in game 1 and maybe 2, but really wear them down physically like we did Phoenix.

Warriors/Heat would be an all time WOAT Finals so I’m rooting for Boston to end this tn
Bucks tricked me into being a diehard in 2001, LeBron is the 2nd best player ever, and pizza is awesome.

I can't think of a worse player to team with Simmons than Westbrook. KD would demand out lol

Well the galactically confusing thing about it is that it's got to be coming from KD, right?

Curry is old and will look it.

GS can't take advantage of Boston's lack of size (hey-o).

Cue the Boston album with the spaceship on the cover, crumbsnatchers. The "long-suffering" Celtics fans get another title. Yes, Bill Simmons called the Celtics "long-suffering." Check in with the Pavers, my guy, and learn what protracted misery is really like.

this is really interesting. People really overrate our team and then because Celtics beat Bucks they overate Celtics too.

Last year healthy Warriors probably sweep us. This year too even if we have healthy Middleton.

This Warriors with Curry, Thompson and Draymond are top 3 team in history of NBA. They litteraly changed the way game is played. If they were healthy they would now play for their 6 championship in the row. Honestly NBA screwed them in 2016 finals with Draymon suspension. Without that and if healthy they would now play for their 8 championship in the row.

We are not same planet with this Warriors. We were extreamly lucky last year. Nets injuries, Sixers meltdown, Suns great matchup. In reality we dont have great team at all.

And Boston needed 7 games against us without Middleton. Miami is regular season team without superstar needed in playoffs.

Warriors will destroy Boston in 4 or 5 games. It may be 5 only if Warriors let them win game 4 to celebrate title at home.

I am saying this for months. Warriors will win it this year. Only Jordan Bulls or Magic Lakers could beat this legendary Warriors team.

Guess I was wrong about Kyrie leading the league in subjunctive titles. The Warriors won 3 but savvy minds know it's really 8.
