Lebron still the coach and gm. He’ll make the decisions of who he wants to play with and will sub himself in or out when he feels like it. Hopefully Darvin isn’t used as a scapegoat as the last coach when things go bad.

The Lakers will hire Darvin Ham. After the first week of the season the Lakers will be 1-4.

Molly- Stephen A, is Darvin Ham cooked?

Stephen A.- Molly…and JJ let me tell you something. I love ham. You know me I can eat ham in the morning, day or night. Hell I just had some ham this morning. I’ll eat it with anything. I’ll eat green eggs and ham I love it so much! But let me tell you something…this brotha is OVERCOOKED. I mean I mean I don’t know how I can say this anymore succinctly! This ham is OVERCOOKED! Now he’s scarred for life and I love him. I know his family, wife great kids. I hang out with his son on the weekends. Just great great family, but they about to fire him!

Molly- hmm yes yes makes sense. How about you JJ?

JJ- Well see here’s the thing Molly. Darvin can only work with what’s he’s got. What did I tell you last year? No matter who the coach is it won’t work! This roster is atrocious! We’ve seen so far Coach Ham running a left block flare screen to help Westbrook, but he keeps missing. They run the 1-5 pick and roll with Bron, but it’s turnover over turnover. This roster is just screwed, Molly. I feel bad for Darvin Ham.

I’m somewhat shocked. This is actually a competent choice by an generally incompetent organization. I expected them to go with the usual coaching carousel candidates of people like Stotts and Atkinson but they went with the fresh talent.
