You win, you can rave about your awesomeness.

You lose, nobody remembers the quote.

Good old, I'll talk behind your back Jimmy, only putting his slapping hands up once his teammates have held him back.

Biggest pussy out there.

Boston wins game 7 by 20 and we get the Golden State-Boston series we have all wanted.

Keep going. Please. Sunday night going to be so sweet.

We had no shot after game 2, we had no shot after game 5.

Jimmy is a throwback, last of the old school players. Love it.

I’m impressed with last night’s performance, looking forward to watching 2nd half again today.

He had a hell of a game. Could feel it coming as soon as he hit those two early 3's.

Anytime Jimmy get's his 3 ball going, it's virtually impossible to keep him from getting into the paint.

What worries me, was watching him on several fastbreak opportunities; Jimmy Butler from 3 years ago would have exploded to the cup for points. Three times I saw Jimmy get out on the break with only 1 man within 3 feet of him only for him to slow waaay up.

Two of those times he made an awkward pass to a teammate and I think the shots ultimately went in. The third time he managed to dance through 2 defenders that had caught up to him and put up a beautiful shot, but he misjudged how close he actually was and it banked off the backboard into Celtics hands.

It's just clear he has no explosion and limited lift right now. I hope his legs aren't dead for game 7 on Sunday, the way he petered out at the end of the bubble run.

No news, what should he say? We're going to lose?

No one asked him if he thought they would win Game 7. He added that unprompted.

Let me be clear, I have zero problem with him saying it, in fact I think it's great and shows the type of player and leader that Butler is.

But let's not pretend he had to either say they're going to win it or say they're going to lose it. He didn't have to say anything at all about it.

Butler or the 12th man off the bench, all should say that. That's really my point. Saying it to the media? Who cares....honestly I don't get why they have to talk after games.

To be fair, what else is he suppose to say? We'll see? You want all those guys confident they're going to win.

Jimmy's a breath of fresh air. He's confident without being disrespectful, doesn't CONSTANTLY complain about fouls like some of the more annoying stars, has a mean streak, and doesn't seem to have any desire to befriend every player in the league. He's competitive as hell, and despite some iffy performances, he has shown over the years to be one of the most dependable and clutch players in the league.

If you told me I had to choose one player for one game to get my team the win, Jimmy would undoubtedly be in my top 3-5 considerations. That performance he just had is even more impressive considering how Boston locked down KD and the fact that they kept Giannis - who had a strong series - to a super low FG%.

It all depends on how Tstum, Brown, and Smart felt the moment they read Jimmy’s quote. Did they feel a steely resolve? Or did they pee their pants a little?

I think Tatum peed for sure.

Smart needs to stop shooting and Horford needs to show up or not make the trip.

Butler showing the world you don't need to be a 3 point shooter in this league to anchor a title contending team. This is guy straight out of the 90s.

Idk how anyone is hating on this comment.

That's the kind of confidence your top players should have in themselves & their team. But likewise, where Haslem needs to stfu with this "code" bs just for a guy harmlessly (Draymond obv) making a pick when put on the spot.

I've heard it through the grapevine..NBA gods have already designated Los Angeles LAKERS as NBA Champions in near future. The destiny is real. TRUST ME.
