I found this incredibly funny if you can make it the through the entire clip. The slap, the explanation from Pederson and the fact that it’s over a FF IR designation. Adults acting like kids.

It's an absolutely hilarious situation.

And not shocking, fantasy football can cause some silly ass ****. Had a 50+ year old man throw an absolute hissy fit about a waiver wire rule in my league this year.

Pham sounds like he has the emotional maturity of a 10 year old. Probably an interesting origin story there.

Did you catch the Joc Pederson interview? He also does not come across as the most mature or intelligent dude. I bet their text exchange was a real doozy lol

Joc sounds like your typical dumb jock. Pham sounds like an unlikeable a*shole.

I dunno when Doug Gottleib started tweeting baseball (I don't follow him...or Twitter), but this was interesting.

The timeline lines up to support that, but I find it hard to believe no one in Atlanta simply texted Freeman.

Well this keeps getting more interesting. The agent - who has been receiving death threats - is now formally suing Doug for libel.

https://www.espn.com/mlb/story/_/id/34244218/agent-casey-close-sues-fox-sports-radio-host-doug-gottlieb-libel-tweet-contract-offer-los-angeles-dodgers-freddie-freeman

I think this effectively signals that he can prove in court that he did not withhold an offer from Freeman.

Per Ken R., the Nationals are now open to moving Soto since he rejected an offer of more than $400 million. Would be the richest contract in baseball history. Still has 2.5 seasons of team control, only 23. But he’s a Boras guy.

Some rich team is gonna get a good ass player.
