Great front offices.

A couple misses here and there (Wiseman, Langford etc.), but by and large, these organizations have drafted great talents, hired great coaches, and made smart trades.

The Knicks are light-years behind those franchises, and it starts at the top, with Dolan and his FO hires.

Can we just enjoy the failure of the heat before we wax poetics about how shtty we are ffs

Of course we can't.

Everyone thought the Celtics were crazy for trading for Al Horford. They thought the Warriors were crazy for trading for Wiggins.

These two FO just know how to win

F the Heat!

The Celtics made a big turn to get here.

Congrats to them!

We are so behind compared to the Celtics.

They have a great coach and we have Thibs who lacks so much modern day NBA basketball.

I've probably saved years of my life cause the Knicks have always been trash. Stress free fandom is kinda nice. Cause if RJ ever took a dumb fcking shot like that I'd have nightmares

Jimmy played the entire game, he probably had no legs left for overtime.

Had no legs left for that shot either

No they have stars, the knicks don't

No coach is going to make up for the massive gap in talent

So we agree that he should have passed to Strus.

We have potential stars in the bench and we have a head coach who doesn’t believe in them by not playing them. I’m just ready for our next head coach who comes from either the Warriors or Spurs assistant coaches.

Thats the first I think of when it comes to Celtics' success, its their defense after getting rid of Kemba, Fournier they have no weak links defensively and they could switch everything. Their starting 5 literally has elite defenders at every position. You need two way players to win in this league, we gotta start following that formula better.

Spo on Jimmy: "Jimmy has this competitive will that is so unique, that is a talent unto itself. There's a lot of basketball players in this league. Jimmy is a great basketball player, he's a world class competitor. And he knows how to win basketball games. And that's a talent. And for young players coming into the league, I think that's a missing talent or skill. It becomes about all the other skills. But that's what makes Jimmy so unique. As a world class player, he just knows how to compete to win and to compete to not let you lose. That's an incredible DNA that he has inside of him."

I truly believe if Cam Reddish can study this and instill Jimmy will in himself, he will be a top 5-10 player, and an annual MVP contender.

JT: "the toughest moment for me was blowing that 25 pt lead in New York and then RJ Barrett hit the game winning shot over me, that was the lowest moment for me."

My interpretation: if it had been KD or Luka hitting the game winning shot over him, it wouldn't be his lowest moment, but since it's RJ then it was.
