They absolutely do not beat the 2019 raptors. I don't think any version of the GSW best the 2019 raptors. Healthy KD or Klay, they still dont. This GSW team definitely does not beat the 2019 raptors. Defensively we are way way better, offensively our Big man rotation is miles miles ahead better, and I believe our depth is better if not =

WHAT??? I honestly don't think I've ever seen homerism that's this bad. That Raps team might just be the weakest championship team of the last decade and you're saying they win against the greatest team of all time? Lmaoooo

Weakest team of the decade is non sense, when I said that I meant any version of the 2019 warriors.

Been known that Curry is more front runner. 3 championships but no finals MVPs prove it. Needed Durant to win rings. That one where he won when Kyrie and Love were injured doesn’t count. Got shut down by Dellavadova lmao. It was so embarrassing that the voters refused to give him finals mvp

How? They're better than the 2020 Lakers and the 2021 Bucks, and I would give them a good to great shot against the 2011 Mavs and the 2015 Warriors.

Yeah saying they are the weakest Championship team of the past decade is overkill.

I would take them over the '21 Bucks. 20 Lakers probably not.

'15 Warriors maybe.

'11 Mavs yes.

Would probably take them over that '14 Spurs team which is a bit overrated.

Even though they probably couldnt beat a healthy Warriors team, I think that version of the Warriors may be the best team of all time.

Kawhi was playing at MJ/LeBron level that whole post season. So they were still very good.

What championship team in the last decade was weaker than the 2019 Raptors? Have I forgotten some weak champion?

I rate the '14 Spurs really highly, their ball movement and cohesion on offense was just on another level.

I strongly believe that the Raptors repeat as champions in 2020 if Kawhi had stayed.

2019 Raptors could beat any team ever tbh. They were a lowkey super team and stack up well against anyone
Bucks tricked me into being a diehard in 2001, LeBron is the 2nd best player ever, and pizza is awesome.

It's weird that the Celtics were playing drop coverage on Curry in the 1st half. Can't do that against the goat shooter lol. They started switching and they locked him up the rest of the way though. Should just stick with that type of defense the entire series.

WTH am I reading... 2019 raptors getting overrated as hell by biased fans on this thread. They get swept by almost any other championship team of the last decade. 2014 Spurs would've been every game by double digits. They do have a decent chance to beat MIL and whoever this year's champion would be.

just always remember , just because you can do it doesnt mean you should and if you need it , get help.

Wtf are you smoking and how can I get some of it? The KD Warriors are one of the most stacked teams in history. The Raptors got lucky that 2 of their 3 best players got injured, or that series would have been over in 5.

Klay missed 1game, and half a quarter
GSW got to the finals without KD
We were up 3-1

He’s the biggest front runner in sports. As soon as Celtics got the lead in the 4th everyone knew it was over.

Starts out hot and goes 5-16 the rest of the game and invisible (again) in the 4th in the finals

It was drop coverage, and a couple of times just flat out bad defence.
But a couple of the other times it wasn't a deep drop. It was the sort of coverage that works fine on good three point shooters (Rob Williams in particular is great at recovering from a semi-drop to challenge and even impact three pointers).

It just isn't enough when it's Curry you're guarding. He rang their bell for it, too.
I doubt they'll make that mistake again.

Embarrassing for you to post this.

is not even true lol

curry went 3-4 in 2016 and 2-4 in 2019 so 5-8 instead

He said Curry lost 8 of his last 9 finals games without KD which is true.

2016 he was up 3-1 then proceeds to lose 3 games in a row.

2019- KD played in one of the games they won so 1-4 in that series

2022 game 1 loss
