Fun Fact: The Boston Celtics have yet to lose back-to-back in this postseason. If they can continue that trend, they will be the 2022 NBA Champions.

I think what's cornier is how the media keeps focusing on this thing. Nothing wrong with a player idolizing an NBA great (even though his love for Kobe does make me cringe lol), it's that the media just keeps shedding light on it that it's becoming a little annoying.

It's the same with reporting about Jaylen before. Media never failed to shoehorn his love for chess whenever they can, just to illustrate his intelligence :lol:

Our team is a little corny, and I love it. Because while corny, I think almost everyone is genuine.

KG also gave some props to Udoka (remembered him as a player) as someone who paid attention to details and while he wasn't a star, he was always talking to the coach, had the desire to learn, was always in the right position, and was willing to do the little things. Then he compared him to guys like CP3, Draymond, Horford, and Grant Williams.

EDIT: Sandler mentioned Brad Stevens makes a cameo in his movie, Hustle, which is out on Netflix Wednesday. He keeps saying Juancho, who said he didn't enjoy his time with the Celtics and called our players selfish, is gonna get a ring if the Cs win the chip.
