Curry has been exposed.
Give the FMVP to Wiggins.

Curry looked so shook, was even hesitating shooting open looks, never seen him so scared. Curious to see if he can bounce back game 6 and 7.

He even pumped-fake on a wide-open 3:

Steph only needs to have one great game to lock up the title and the finals MVP. Pretty good bet to take with 2 chances to do it.

Certain fanbase not acknowledging Curry has games like this every now and then and especially in finals are one of the reasons why he gets so much backlash from general NBA fanbase.

On the other hand even though Curry was missing everything the Celtics still had to chase him around and act like he was about to start hitting shots at any minute. You just can’t tell when Curry will stop being cold.

What fanbase “doesn’t acknowledge” that Curry has games where he doesn’t shoot well? What player in the history of the league doesn’t have games where they don’t shoot the ball well?

Let me help you: there’s a reason why people look at larger sample sizes and averages when analyzing statistics, and Stephen Curry’s averages in the Finals over a significant sample size are very, very good. You can put your fingers in your ears, hold your breath, and stomp your feet all you want— the facts don’t care about your feelings.

0/9
Shook
Hesitating on wide open 3s.

I will say curry has a problem in Bad games where he is missing everything to become hesitant and he should know by now (yet he doesn't), in these games he needs to get to the line. Get easy layups and tell the team to set him up for easy drives- though Kerr should be doing that.

maybe in a close game where its a must win continuing to shoot 3s that do not fall is not that good idea when teammates are hotter

he is smarter than other particular players

Lol Wiggs has been good, but the FMVP is going to Curry and it’s not even close, the whole Boston defensive game plan was in slowing Curry down, bigs too over aggressive leading to a lot of easy backdoor buckets for others, poor shooting night for Curry but this series would be a sweep if not for Curry.

they scored on this possession. He realized he was off tonight and decided against chucking another three.

He's over thinking and trying too hard to be MVP of the finals. He needs to just play free and let the game comes to him. I doubt he will change his mindset b/c he wants to be MVP so bad.
