What adjustments are you expecting from the Warriors once they start to double and blitz Curry?

It's not like the Warriors will need the refs tonight. i expect a relatively easy blowout (double digits at least) win.

I don't disagree with anything that you're saying. I just think the Celtics have to find a way to keep the Warriors off balance, working in some aggressive double teams from time to time wouldn't be a bad idea. I only remember them blitzing Curry in the 4th and it was effective.

On one hand, Boston aggressively trapping/blitzing Curry would be a change-up for this series. On the other, most teams defend GS that way so they've got a ton of experience in how to play against it. In that sense Boston's more straight-up defense is the change-up.

The current Celtics D is also part of why Draymond looks so terrible (but I wouldn't be surprised to see a mixture of looks tonight). If Curry is getting blitzed, Draymond can be a valuable passer. If the ball is in Curry's hands more, the Celtics play 4 on 5 and leave Draymond semi-open, just avoiding him getting wide open dunks. It allows Robert Williams to roam and makes Draymond almost unplayable. Much of the Warriors' high assist rate over this season and playoffs has been based off of Curry getting blitzed and then the Warriors are smart enough to quickly pass the ball until the easy bucket is there, or Curry re-positions to an open shot.

This, the Celtics blitzing Curry is probably the one thing that could get Draymond going offensively. Draymond spraying the ball around to Klay, Wiggins, Poole and Porter for threes after he short rolls the P&R, in front of that Warriors crowd, is a dangerous prospect.

You got Scott Foster in your pocket tho

Sadly not officiating tonight haha

After the Warriors win tonight he will be the game 6 ref, you can take that to the bank.
Melo and amare should thrive in this offense. If Jeremy Tyler and cole Aldridge looked that good in summer league then us knick fans have a lot to be excited about. Make room for all the bandwagoners when we take off

What is great about this matchup: any outcome will not surprise me. Celtics may be a little but better defensively and more athletic but the Warriors execute more consistently. Both teams perform regardless of where they play - there is no home court advantage. Both teams compete for 48 minutes and have the capability to end it early but also to come back from nearly dead to steal a win. Bring it on!
"I think the criticism's stupid," Stevens said. "So I don't care. I'm with Jaylen (Brown) on that. Those two had achieved more than most 25 and 26 year olds ever had. I'd rather be in the mix and have my guts ripped out than suck."

Pressure is still on the Warriors since they know they can lose the series next game on the road if they fail to get the W tonight. i like the Warriors playing with pressure so this is actually good news.

Warriors are extremely practiced at attacking that kind of defensive look. Opens up Draymond and Klay quite a bit.

Expecting a high assist game from Draymond and a good scoring/3pt shooting effort from Klay tonight.

I don't really see the Celtics doing that unless they get down 15 early. Their offense was the bigger issue in the last game.

I'm predicting.... 107-92 Warriors tonight.

Curry with 33
Wiggins with 26
Klay with 18
Poole with 11
Draymond with 5

Celtics need to steal this. Game 6 Klay could steal one for the Warriors on Thursday.

Celtics needed to win Game 4. That was the series imo. Warriors firmly in the driver’s seat now.

Celts have been best when their backs are against the wall. They could easily lose game 5 and win the last 2.
