Williams got caught with his hand in the cookie jar, seemed like he reacted to contest a basket not realizing how close he was to Wiggins and where his hand was located.

Yeah I'd imagine his ceiling is like a decent D2 or D3 player. You can't play big time college basketball with one arm as cool as his story is.
