Was a big fan of Big Daws well before all of this. His videos are pretty entertaining.

And you guys are discussing the severity of the ban like it's some kind of injustice but you don't realize he doesn't care. The guy is a multimillionaire youtuber. I don't think he's even a Warriors fan or from San Francisco. Does he even attend their games normally?

He now has publicity, which will fuel further video views and increase his income. He achieved his objectives.

A guy in a suit with a lanyard and a blurred out face handed it to him. Could be literally anyone. Doesn't change the complete lack of professionalism of the "official ban letter."

Doubt it's fake. More than one person said he would face issues in the video. When national outlets like ESPN is reporting it as real pretty sure they check their sources.

I would bet every dollar I have that Klay has NEVER entered that arena dressed like that. I'm pretty sure it's against the rules to not be dressed more professionally when coming and going. So I'm sorry...nobody working there should have even for a SECOND thought he was dressed like Klay.

The reality is that the moment he saw that he was going to be let in by security he should have stopped and revealed himself and not proceeded to trespass.

Also I think it's absolutely hilarious that you think there's some sort of dress code required for NBA players entering facilities. Have you not watched any pregame shows in like the last decade??

How about spending 1% effort and do a google image search for "arriving at arena wearing shorts"? You'll see plenty players wearing shorts entering arenas.

It doesn't matter if security SHOULD have known better. Ignorance of security or feigned ignorance of rules by BigDaws does not excuse him from the fact that he still trespassed.

There have been plenty of stories of folks simply acting confident in situations where they weren't allowed to access areas they shouldn't be. Humans WANT to believe the best in people (even if they shouldn't). The fact that they erroneously let the guy in does not in any way erase the fact that BigDaws committed a crime.

The reason he was permitted on the premises was under the completely false pretense of actually being Klay Thompson. So BigDaws' true identity was never allowed to be in the stadium.

BigDaws therefore did trespass and can indeed be
prosecuted for it.
