I'd imagine that their agents want to get them in late in the process.

Why? What are the Pros and Cons of that?

More time to practice and be in shape.

Watch Hustle.

Nah, just kidding, I remember a Woj pod with Gobert and they were talking about how Rudy was projected top of the draft that year but had a poor draft combine because he was out of shape (forgot the reason).

A lot of stuffs goes behind the scenes for these workouts. For all we know, a lot of these pro days may have been done repeatedly until they players get comfortable with it before they open it for show.

Woke up this morning and, suddenly, Banchero is the pick

check back in a few hours for completely different opinion, but I've got a feeling it's Paolo or Ivey + another first!!!

Someone we haven’t worked out. Wouldn’t doubt it lol.

This is the one draft where this late in the game I have no clue on who we should pick.

Well then, this will be interesting. I have a feeling Orlando falls in love with Paolo when he comes for a visit.

Paolo is posting pics of NYC on his IG. He could've already done a workout or the Magic may want to continue their streak of only picking players they didn't work out.

Paolo is still my guy at number 1. I just don't believe they gonna take him. It would def shock the world because nobody is expecting him to go 1.

Watchong the POs got me to some realizations. Offense is king and 3pt shot plus the ability to.handle the ball while doing so is what a star player should be. Therefore im leaning on PB right now. Especially if he really is 6-10 1"/2 barefoot. Thats a 7 footer.

Im watching tatum dance around with the ball but settles for a midrange jumpshot ( hello JS) then i see brown, a scorer but dribbles the ball in his foot... im really thinking that maybe the final evolution of PB is what a star player is in the modern NBA

Boston and Golden State finished 1st and 2nd in defensive efficiency in the regular season. They finished 9th and 16th in offensive efficiency.

Him being measured 6’10” without shoes increases his stock?

Yup because with his.body, we can throw him as a C and not.miss a step with combos of JI as PF.

1st and 2nd in defense? Well, sure couldve fooled me when a team is leading by 5pts in less than 2.mins of a quarter only to see them down by 7 in the next opening quarter.

he is coming guys. so get used to it

imagine him and franz running the pick and roll, with either being the screener. it's going to be lovely.

watch our offense go up to top 10.

i dont know any team in the nba that has 3, 6'11 guys at all 3 spots, with 2 of them being able to run a pick and roll.

4/5 pick and roll is lethal. We have also WCJ and JI as screen setters. Suggs can attack without a screen. Wagner and Banchero as p&r ball handlers, Paolo as iso scorer, WCJ hand offs. We can have crazy versatile offense. Shooting should be fine, especially if we resign Harris.
My money is on Banchero going number 1 !
