PREACH. It's weird when folks are like, "Get him in a room with Suki!" as if she makes people invincible.

She was around for Jabari right? Or was that shortly before?

YEAH! Where was Ms Hobson when Khris slipped out of the Chicago series?

If Pat signed a new deal could we do Hill, Allen, Pat and #24 for Brogdon? Then keep Brook and Bobby. Sign a couple guys at min?

Brogdon
Jrue
Midds
Giannis
Brook

Probably would be the slowest team in the league but plenty of firepower and defense. That said, I would be interested in any PG on the MLE that can actually handle the ball. Jrue coughs it up way too much in the playoffs

She was hired after the Jabari ACL and it was shocking how much more explosive he came out of it than he went in. He was a good athlete, tore his ACL, and then was Shawn Kemp.

It's not blind faith. She's really good. She's just not a wizard. You've got to put in the work.

The alternative universe where Jabari just does his ACL the one time could have been fun.

Which is fair. Then he tore it again. I think it'd be common place to suggest genetics, age, etc. as an excuse for that, but Suki is largely given the credit for that explosiveness when he came back when genetics, age, etc. played just as much if not more of a factor there.

I'm not sitting here saying she's bad at her job, she's probably very good at it, just that the idea of her overall impact is looked at in a way that's a bit fanciful when we're hanging our hat on something that happened 6 years ago.

Trade for Micic. Sign Rubio, & bring back Spanoulis. Sign Joe Ingles, move him & his family into Suki's house. Bring back Mirotic to patch things up with Bobby & lastly Marc Gasol joins Pau in the MB(BBOT) franchise lore.

Micic/Rubio/Spanoulis
Holiday/Matthews/Vildoza
Middleton/Connaughton/Ingles
Antetokounmpo/Antetokounmpo/Mirotic
Lopez/Portis/Gasol

Sign Manu Ginobli to a two way, half way through the season.

Enticing to try and get Rubio on the minimum for his play-making, but Rubio/Jrue/Giannis/Brook might be the worst playoff spacing lineup in all of basketball.

Yep.

Wouldn't trade Pat for Brogdon.

Yeah after thinking about it more Pat is a good role player for this team, hope his new deal is friendly again though because hes not a huge needle mover but him and Bobby are must keep guys.

I can't see any way Brogdon can be acquired by the bucks. Unless it was a bigger trade and one of our big 3 was traded.

Brogdon’s value just isn’t that high. It could be a 3 team deal involving 24+Brook and Grayson, I just don’t think it’s that likely.

Something like

Minnesota gets Brook

Indiana gets Grayson+Beverly or Beasley+24

Milwaukee gets Brogdon

but does that work under the rules?

Yes, just have to wait until the draft Pick is made to make the trade.

Allen is poison pill provision. Hard to trade. Also his year of signing ends after July 1. So July 2, 2022 he can be traded. NBA draft is June 23. So trading #24 with Allen has to be a under the table agreement and that team must like the player and wait on the deal to July 2. Also Bucks cant sign the drafted player either.

That’s how pretty much all those trades work. They don’t become official until way later. It’s a matter of semantics.

Brogdon can't officially be moved until the league year rolls anyways, I believe, due to signing his extension during training camp.

I’d like them to get away from bringing back ex-Bucks players. I don’t really think that’s the way to go.

Have to wait until the new league year when Grayson's extension kicks in, too.
