i think it’s a team built well around a single superstar. as opposed to something like 2021 which was not really a well built team and was just steph carrying.

wonder how boston will come out tonight

they are playing to survive but sometimes that backfires and makes you play undisciplined, dumb fouls, hero ball, etc

warriors also should play like this is a game 7 cause if they relax a bit knowing in the bsck of their minds there is another try they may actuallt find themselves in a game 7 with celtics having all the emotional momentum

I know they've had some decent looks, and some turnover from the warriors have helped, but my lord Boston still don't seem able to miss from deep.

One of the wildest shooting variance series I can recall from recent memory

Honestly don't like how Smart gets rewarded for that garbage, yet he's setting the most illegal screens of the game every time.

Also think the Warriors are doing a poor job of getting Curry in rhythm early, need to get him going on the ball imo

I don't care much for how deep they go in the post season, players do not rise on my rankings because of it (not the sole reason at least). No, Curry has close to no chance at moving up for the last 2 games - and he would struggle to make my ballot. Tatum is not making my ballot 100%.

That tells me that you are looking too much at the numbers, like most fans. Last season Curry was putting up huge numbers on a average team. This year, he is leading a great team and now they are one win away from the championship. His numbers in the regular season were not as great because the production was more spread out. Players always put their best numbers on bad or average teams.

i think your logic here is too much "more team succes = better player"

do you, in all honesty, thinl curry improved so much to takr the warriors from 8 seed to probable champions even though all his statistics went down?

Funny thing is the Warriors are more of a defensive team than ever before. I dont think he ever even considered defense is a thing.

The Warriors aren't even a threatening offensive team - yet somehow it's because Steph Curry is much better. Did he become Mutumbo this year?

I have Curry at 3 personally I think, but yeah there's no way 22 Curry > 21 Curry, that's winning bias at its finest.

So is Boston just gonna rollover here or are they gonna make a game of this?

Feel like by Kerr's reaction to that timeout the answer is likely the former.

What did Draymond take before this game? He looks like he's back in 2016.

They have a 110 ortg in this series that's pretty bad, same against Memphis. They've been +4 in the playoffs overall which is pretty good but it's a very far cry from 2017 where they were +8 despite almost every game being a blowout.

ehh, nobody ever argued them against the 17 warriors lol

also 110 offense against a 107 defense is pretty solid (around -3~ relative defense)
