High 2nds are so much worse than late firsts for us. I like Melton but for that reason I'm out.

Yeah, I originally had #29 coming our way instead of #33. Maybe #24 & #33 goes to MEM, #29 goes to us.

ETA: changed it

I don't 'need' Tillman either if you attribute him much value.

Is Bogdan enough of an upgrade to Allen that it'd be worth jettisoning #24 + pushing ownership to pay the extra luxury tax (also from his trade kicker)?

If Atlanta were to acquire Gobert they might want another pick in lieu of #16 going to Utah.

I'd do this any which way.

All of this Brogdon talk is nauseating. No thanks.

Agreed. That’s one of the better trades I’ve seen. Think it works for everyone.

Thinking about it, we should make better use of the salary slot we're using. Lopez makes 13.8m, Melton 8.2m. IDK how, but we should be getting more salary back (either someone playable or filler in a trade).

I feel like I'd place betting odds at around 138:1 that we trade Brook for future salary.

IDK how likely it is, but if Chicago were to trade for Gobert (Vucevic, PWilliams package) I'd like to find a way to reroute Vuc. Lopez + #24 shouldn't get you there, but I feel like it's close.

I'm admittedly a pretty big Tillman fan.

Yeah, tillman’s got that high IQ, glue-guy, Kurt Thomas type role in him for sure. I’d love to have him here.

Brogdon would probably just pull a donte and get injured at a very inopportune time

I don't want Brogdon or Bogdan, I want someone who is 19-25 years old. You know the saying, half your age + 7.

He's like the consistant version of good Gayson plus gets his teammates involved. He needs to be healthy at the end of the season though for it to matter though.

What does Sacramento want to achieve by trading #4 ?

Vivek wants the 8th seed to break that long streak of no playoffs and people laughing at him.

Perhaps not the right thread for this but I just saw ESPN's power rankings for next season and the Bucks are #3 behind the finals participants
