Liddell make sense based on the size and toolkit our coach prefers. I'm still down for Jabari Walker as well. He's a bit light for a power role, but has a good frame and looks like a guy who will carve out a decade long career as a 3 and D specialist.

Based on our workouts, I'm really not thinking 1st rounder anymore. If we choose to get a guy with potential and a future role, the bigs in this class seem like a solid bet.

With the idea of Tucker most likely coming back. I think it’s imperative to get a young 4 so he can groom while he’s here for two more years. Liddell, LaRavia, and Lewis all work for me. I like the talent in this draft. Can’t wait for Thursday. Btw if you have NBA TV they had a great program on the 96 draft class. Some say it was the best ever. Awesome interviews and back stories.

Liddell's offensive skill set remained me David West.
I like Kessler as well. Dude is a blocking machine he is big with a nice touch and finishing ability. Very interesting prospect.

Kessler is intriguing but I can't justify picking a C that can't play next to Bam, it's just bad asset management.

We can't waste a pick on a guy that plays 10 min a game max when it counts.

Liddel i don't believe we'll be on the board after 20-22. If he is, he's a solid pick.

Whoever we choose better be a confident, ready now shooter.

You can always find capable shooters in the second round or even undrafted but they are limited in other areas so they fall really back in the line. In the end of the first round its prime filled with good prospects at the forwards spot you won't be able to find in later rounds. Sometimes going for the better prospect nets us the abilities to make future trades or prep for a high upside project. I get the Jimmy window is now, but getting another scrub shooter who can't stay on the floor without high upside but can shoot is a waste of a pick.

Those capable shooters without limitations who are ready now players to get production minutes are all gonna disappear prior to the 20's pick.

Dude has the wingspan of an imperial eagle and the vert to go with it too, and his reaction speed is insane.

I’ve been hesitant to invest much time into prospects this year because I just don’t think we make the pick for ourselves.

I do like Liddell though. He is a tough minded 4. If we keep our pick, I hope he is a guy that falls.

I think Kessler could play with Bam at the 4. I think if we want to get bigger and slide Bam down, Kessler is probably a great fit.

To get through the East we are going to have to get through Giannis/Lopez, Williams/Horford, Allen/Mobley

We need to get bigger.

18 YO, 7'9 wingspan, very raw but good athlete for his size, has some shooting touch.

This is the definition of low risk high reward.

this kid in our system in 2-3 years......

We say it every year but never happens. Maybe we trade the 27th for teams with two picks in the second.

I still expect us to trade out of the first and into the 2nd. My gut still says Justin Lewis will be the guy. Ticks a lot of Heat boxes.

Detroit has the 46th pick.

Duncan, #27 and a future lottery protected first for Grant and #46?
