One thing I don't get...If you're the Lakers, do you not sign a guy like Svi for the the minimum for the bench or even the end of the bench for given you have to fill out 9 positions with no real way but minimum salaries?

On a more serious note he did average 17/10 per 36. My pet stat is per 48. It's highly complex. Quick maths suggests he averaged over 22p/48 on 70% FG shooting. If you believe in efficiency, that production should award you a decent contract. He's a shotblocker too, obviously, but I'm not sure if that makes him a good or great defender.

He needs to change his entire approach to his role, because theres not enough time for him to shoot him self into rhythm or eat possessions with one man fast breaks..

He should focus everything on disrupting passing lanes and giving good resistance on man defense. Then on offense be a catch and shoot guy with the ability to pump fake and drive if need be

He wasn’t drafted for his defence lol. He’s just going to have to take advantage of any future opportunities it’s that simple.
