Re: PJ Tucker
Even at 38 years old PJ will have a great deal of.options. I wish him we'll as long as he doesn't join the Lakers.

I didn’t realize he was that old. I wish we had a player like him. If we did sign him he would be the 2nd most important player on the team. Not the 2nd best player.

Re: PJ Tucker
We at least need one player like Tucker, so it's great if management is trying to get him.
And getting him + MIA loosing him would be a double win, especially with a division rival
He just turned 37 on May 5th so he's a bit younger than 38, but still, I was thinking he was 34 or 35, no more than that

Re: PJ Tucker
A PJ Tucker clone is rare. There's not many guys that are going to play the way he does. He's a damn pest to opposing teams.D21 wrote:We at least need one player like Tucker, so it's great if management is trying to get him.

Right, and that's why ATL should do everything to sign him.
And more than MIA not having him as a bonus, it's also PHI. Better have him than seeing him with another Eastern team

Re: PJ Tucker
PJ and CC could work well together too. Both would take pressure off the rest of the team and Hunters D would be an added bonus. It's a win-win!D21 wrote:HMFFL wrote:A PJ Tucker clone is rare. Re: PJ Tucker
Hawks just drafted AJ Griffin, who is built just like PJ Tucker. I think AJ is 230lbs and PJ is 240lbs.
Okongwu and Jalen at center... maybe Hawks are looking to play more small ball like GSW and DAL?

I'd bet that Tucker has at least 20lbs more than Griffin, if not more

Re: PJ Tucker
Philly plans to offer PJ Tucker, 3yrs, $30m.
He will be 40yrs old once he's a free agent again.

They'd have to clear salary to get under the Luxury Tax to offer the MLE. They can currently only offer the TMLE of $6 .3 mil.
