Even if KD wants a trade, I don't think he's going to be a toxic teammate or want to sit out. Durant missed a year and a half and he's going to be 34. I doubt he wastes anymore time. Even if Durant wants a trade, I still think he gets out there and plays to win.

Kobe wanted a trade over a decade ago and the Lakers basically ignored that and stood pact. The Lakers were good that season and end of story for trade talks. Durant might like playing with simmons, and whatever they get in a sign and trade for Kyrie.

There are plenty of teams that would pay Kyrie top dollar. What do the Lakers have to give in a trade, Westbrook? Why would brooklyn go for that.

Brown is 25 years old and guaranteed to give you high level two way play for another 7+ years. He and Tatum would be damn near untouchable if I was the GM.

I think the Lakers would pay him and mayyyybe the Clippers would. I dunno about plenty. This wasnt about the Lakers tho. As long as someone is willing to pay him, the Nets are then offering him a below market deal

Do you think getting Lebron and AD was worth it for 1 championship?

Celtics haven't won in what over a decade and getting back to the finals is no guarantee. Durant is still a top 3 player, so for the chance to win a title or 2, I'd make that trade

Kyrie in LA is meant to be. He's already out there a lot and is quite settled in.

Lebron + AD + Kyrie would win a chip if healthy.

We were clearly celebrating the turnover and the fact we were about to win our first ever championship. The whole time the Warriors were saying Durant had a calf injury so no one knew he was going to be out for 1.5 years at the time.

We quieted down once most realized that it looked like a super serious injury. I understand that it's still a bad look but not nearly close to how it was being blown up to be.
