Probably others too.
EDIT: Lewis, I never thought he'd make it to 53, much less UDFA.

Yes, Justin Lewis for me.
I have a feeling we might get Gabe Brown though. He was reported as coming in twice for a workout with us.

Yeah. I had him ranked as a top 10 pick coming into this past season, based off his HS film.
Even early this college season, i had him down as a lottery pick. but as the season went on, some of the defensive issues, shooting consistency issues and turnovers were showing up too much - and other guys in the class were rising up so i ended up with him as the #60 go on my draft board.
Tankathon had him a mid round pick half way through the season but he kind of trailed off. He should have returned to school.
I agree that i thought Davison was a guy who should have gone back to school to keep working on his game. he could have had a HUGE sophomore season and then go in the top 20 next year..
Nothing wrong with having a different opinion - as long as it's done respectfully. It'd be lame if we all agreed on everything

1. Freshman
2. PG, so he isn't small for a PG.
3. Explosive. Has bounce to his game.
4. 3 point shot looks good, even though he only shot 30% from 3.
I still felt like there were better players on the board.
Isnt he 6’ 0”? Thats small. Might make up for it with his athleticism but he is small.

Well I am ok with it. Looks like some upside there and NBA potential. Might not click, but it’s a good pick for this late. My two Faves Lewis and Barlow went undrafted.

This is a Danny Ainge pick. We already have Pritchard and Yam.
I thought we would have traded Pritchard and Nesmith to move up in the draft since Ime doesn't play them. But maybe we will still trade one or both of them soon. I want to keep PP because he was our best 3 point shooter. Grant was a close 2nd.

We got a guy who can go downhill fast... to the rim I mean, not his career.
We'll be happy when he starts throwing those lobs to Rob.

Ja Morant. But at 53, I'd take a future MVP triple diuble machine.

If Brad doesn't get Barlow and Gabe Brown as UDFAs how do we have the assets to trade for KD?

davison is nothing like pritchard or yam.
Davison has a way higher ceiling than either. 5 star recruit out of HS. Top 15 recruit in the country coming out of HS in 2021:
http://www.espn.com/college-sports/basketball/recruiting/playerrankings/_/class/2021
Jumps out of the gym. One of the most explosive, bouncy, athletic players in the draft.
Pritchard is a solid little guy who can shoot and is scrappy. Yam will probably only get meaningful mins for the celtics if pritchard is traded - at that point he possible has a future as a decent backup PG.
Davison has upside, he has athleticism, explosiveness. He has more upside than either of them.

Saw a lot of teams improve tonight, some dramatically, either via draft picks, trades or cap space for FA. Not us. We’ve definitely dropped several slots in the talent rankings. The bottom feeders are closing the gap. You can’t just piss away draft picks on guys like White and Davidson while your rivals add starting level talent

It was love at first sight!
Honestly, this guy looks like a summer league MVP candidate type already. Not sure if he'll amount to much beyond that, but I'm getting on the bandwagon just in case.

We do this every damn year. Complain FO didn't do enough during draft and offseason but still end up in the ECF for whatever reason lol.
