Seems suspiciously coincidental that you’re asking as the information is made available. No, he’s not.
Going to be evaluated before Saturday’s game against the Warriors, if he doesn’t play in that then I’ll begin to get worried. It’s the game of the week on ABC. Hoping they’re just being cautious for that.

Now that you mention it, I believe so. Also, having googled, the unraveling of information leading up to that news was eerily similar.
EDIT: Just for clarification tho, MRI revealed no structural damage this time around - hopefully that’s actually the case.

Didn't they miss the tear 2 years ago in a previous MRI? Not trying to raise the panic level prematurely but just trying to remember that whole ordeal.

without Embiid last season we won at Utah, at Denver, at Charlotte, at Detroit, also beat Miami, Cleveland, Milwaukee (by 35, including 46-18 1st quarter), and in the playoffs we beat Miami by 27, and now with the additions of Butler and Harris we can surely beat OKC
lol, last year Utah, Denver, Charlotte, and Detroit simply were not good. Miami and Milwaukee also weren't great. People romanticize that stretch but we played a very easy schedule.

Lol a Donavon Mitchell inspired Utah "weren't good"? So how did they reach the SECOND ROUND of the western conference playoffs then?

We played Utah on the road in November. In that game Mitchell had 8 points. The Jazz were currently 5-6.

It never did. Havent heard a peep from Jo about being sat against his will and you don't get an MRI for freaking scheduled rest. People are delusional.
However that being said this has nothing to do with the medical staff, they aren't the ones releasing press statements. The front office is still a bunch of snakes that is never transparent about injuries. Never forget that they announced Joel as out for the year the day after season ticket renewals were due. The less you hear the worse i believe it to be.
