You don't do that trade then if all you're getting is a late 1st+ maybe a modest upside guy.
With the way the market is shaping up, I think the Pistons could land a higher upside young player plus maybe a pick for Grant. I'm all for trading him but not just for the sake of trading him, it needs to be for real value.

Like the old saying goes, the market will determine Grant's value. So let it. There's no reason to dangle him out there and say "I'm fine with a mid first rounder and a prospect for this guy" or resigning yourself to jumping on that if it's the first offer thrown at you. Unless you feel keeping Grant is a long term negative for the team and don't want to risk keeping him, so to speak.
