Orlando absolutely needs another big. There's been numerous times (and maybe more) where this has been evident this season (seen, read), and of course where it hasn't. But the point is it's a clear weakness, and one that especially relates to playoff basketball.
A front-line for defense and rebounding of Dwight, Hedo (SF), Rashard (SF), 9 MPG of Foyle, Brian Cook - is not going to cut it against Cleveland, Boston, Detroit, and even Atlanta (who I think would play Orlando tough in the POs, too). Asking Dwight to basically do all the interior play by himself is unnecessary and too much to ask of him. Even for one season, because Tony Battie's been out. Orlando has to get another helper big man for Dwight.
I'd gladly settle for Kurt Thomas if I were an Orlando fan, and as a fan of Dwight (which I am). Kurt with Dwight is Thomas' best fit role, like so in the past with Zo and Ewing. Right-hand man for two-way star big men. I'd be giving up any of the willing pieces on Orlando for Brad Miller, too. I'd take on his contract, he's going to produce strongly in multiple ways.
You have to be able to rebound and defend the basket enough to go deep in the playoffs.
