The addition of West would be great. Not only would it immensely help Warren having his mentor on the team, but i think all of the youngsters could learn a thing or two from him. Even though he is 33 years old, i think he still has enough game to be effective.
Hibbert is Hibbert. He had a bit of a setback last season, but did pretty damn good the previous seasons. He is great in the paint and an excellent rim defender. Not the most athletic guy, but could help us when the game slows down in the playoffs (yes, i believe with these two we can make the playoffs). He would also help Len improve by having them battle each other in practice every day. If Len could learn Hibberts defensive prowess, that would be HUGE!!
The 2 picks would be the cherry on top. Would they give us their 2015 pick? IDK, as missing George for the season and losing West would likely make them a lotto team. I'd still be down to taking a 2016 & 2018 pick from them. Keep adding those future assets to our war-chest.
Thomas/Ennis
Dragic/Green/Goodwin
Tucker/Warren/McMorris
West/MkMorris/Toliver
Hibbert/Len

"How would they do it? After the Shelvin Mack and Mike Scott deals become official, the Hawks will have somewhere around $9 million in cap space. But without them having gone through yet, the team has about $12.7 million in cap space. It's probably fair to assume that these deals haven't become official yet because the Hawks can go over the cap to complete them, and they want to keep as much financial maneuverability as they can. With $12.7 million in tow, the Hawks could conceivably offer Dennis Schroeder, Adreian Payne, and a first rounder for Bledsoe, sign him to some contract above what the Suns have offered him, and become a contender that hasn't quite reached its ceiling in the East."
Schroeder, Payne, and 1st rounder. That would be something to think about. Maybe squeeze another 1st rounder out of the hawks.

No way Orlando would do that. They love Oladipo. Younger, way better contract situation, no major injury issues.

I would trade Bledsoe, Green, Ennis and 2 lottery protected picks for him....and Orlando would say NO.

That is some serious hyperbole. Okay, what do you see in Oladipo that makes you consider him an All Star level player? I'll give you healthy and hard worker. But from that point on, it's as easy to focus on his negatives as it is to extol his virtues. I'd like to have him on our team but I wouldn't trade Markieff straight up for him. He is still very much a project.

But his "coaching" in the 2008 playoffs against the Spurs was a joke. It's like he just stopped doing anything after that brutal Game 1 Double Over-Time loss.
He has kind of admitted as much, saying, "We lost our confidence and we changed mentally. We should have beaten them 3 different times."
The team got CRUSHED in the second half of Game 2 and it's like they didn't even show up in Game 3.
And then MDA quit...something he has since said he regrets doing.
He was the perfect coach for the Suns.
