Even a consistent 15-footer would be devastating for opposing defenses.

He's shooting 35.5% in preseason. While it's no indicator of his future performance in the regular season over the course of a full year, it gives me some pause (and perhaps a sense of wonderment) why folks here, knowing full well the issue with him is that shot and his offense, continue to hoist pom poms in the air, wavin em like ya just don't care.

I'm just happy to finally see him play aggressively on offense that I've overlooked that he's only been shooting 35%. That percentage would be unacceptable going forward into the regular season but at least he's been productive by scoring double figures and rebounding like a mad man. No poms poms here, I wanna see him shoot a better clip. The only players that have impressed me so far thru the preseason is Kemba and Neal. Big Al is just coasting as a old vet. Everyone else has been average to disappointing.

Fair enough. I'm actually a bit concerned how Lance will adjust playing across from MKG as opposed to Paul George. He's going to get swarmed and he might force bad shots when his teammates dump the ball to him for a bail out or try to get too fancy because the rest of the perimeter guys can't mount any pressure. It all falls on him and like Kemba it may dilute his production despite the obvious talent. I really can't stand the lack of shooting. I'd rather start Neal at SG and Lance at SF.

Um MKG's problem was that his jumper looked like he had crooked arms and he released just before he hit his feet. He has looked light years better. Pardon our excitement.
I swear it's like you folks don't want to be excited about this season.
