I'm just looking and by declining their Damion option and letting Lopez go, they're at ~28 million. They'd have 30 million for Dwight and Williams.
Doesn't quite work that way - Williams would have a cap-hold of 125% of his previous salary, which would technically count against their cap until he was re-signed or his rights were renounced, so you can add $22m to that $28m, which would only leave them with $8-10m for Dwight.
Now, they could make other moves to clear space, and if they amnesty Travis Outlaw (which they may well do), they would be right back in the game.
