I think that deal is a bit too rich for Memphis. I think you are looking at like 22, 29, future 2nd for 11 and two of Burks/Noel/Kemba. I don't think we give up Brooks on top of all that though a Brooks inclusion is very possible in whatever version does potentially happen just because the Knicks have asked about him the last couple offseasons and clearly like him.
I don't think Memphis is going to use cap space in a move like this, not worth giving up MLE and bird rights on Jones/Anderson. So we would have to use matching salary and try to balance the value. So Fournier/11 for Brooks/?..... Is 22 too much, is 29 too little?
IMO NY should just stay at 11 and not worry about clearing money at this point unless they have a firm yes from a FA target.
