Can't help but think what the guy could've been without the sudden drop off a couple years ago. These flashes of brilliance make you think there could be something left.
Of course I say this like he's as old as Jaime Moyer. The dude is 30 and still has decent velocity and a curve that makes dudes look foolish. I'd like to see him make a run in the second half of his career and regain some of that excellence.
I don't think another ring really makes the case better for him. There's plenty of guys with multiple rings who will never see the Hall.
He's seems to be working on some decent breaking pitches. His curve and slider look good.
