I’m sure they have reasons why, but the only appealing one to me is that hopefully this means JB’s thumb is feeling okay.

Sorta thinking same way. We can't sustain a constant turnover. So far we are overproducing with a un balanced and young team. I think we have to trade quantity for quality while it's still applicable. Problem is semi is cheap for what he is hard to say no to a roster spot like that. Wannamaker to really. I've always thought Langford is trade bait unfortunately he can't fetch much alone.

Maybe Daniel Gafford (21). Luckily drafts are not graded in the first 700 minutes of a player's career. There just aren't that many guys who are useful to winning teams in their rookie season unless you're like Jayson Tatum or something.

They've sustained a constant turnover til now and have primed the roster to do the same again. Hayward, Semi, Wanamaker, Kanter could all be gone and hopefully those spots can be filled with the MLE, Waters, Langford, Williams, or some consolidation trade. Then the new draft picks slide in behind them and we keep it going until you can make that trade for a top-10 player or you hit on some non-lottery picks like getting a Siakam/Giannis/Jokic/whatever. Otherwise I don't see the reason to trade cheap, young players. There is no window on this roster as of right now.
Langford was a top-5 draft pick before his injury freshman year, if he's tradebait I hope Ainge gets a top-50 player for him on a good salary.

It's low volume for now, but take the glacial slow start out, and he's high thirties...heck, maybe even 40%.
(Honestly can't remember if I factored in the Orlando game)
All we need now is for him to start teaching Carsen how to shoot...
