That ish is mind boggling.. you got every random scrub in the league chucking and trying to show out every second they're on the court and this fool is thinking he's in game 7 of the NBA finals. Frank is the same way. Guys it's okay to have some damn fun out there and fly around and get shots up and stay loose. I really hope the team employs a mental skills coach because at least 4 of these guys can use one for various reasons.

a good PG makes Randle better, Randle is only bad when he has the ball in his hands, if he’s getting set up properly, you maximize his value
Show me an example of that? Julius Randle has been the same effing airhead he's always been. His problem is he can have a good game statistically but if the team he's on should find themselves in a close game Randle will eventually either dribble the ball off his foot, throw the ball away, or barrel into a crowd and get called for a charge. He could be playing with Magic Johnson it doesn't matter. He's played with good point guards before.. it doesn't matter. His brand of basketball leads to losses, period.
Lakers fans **** love the guy, they were heartbroken when the team let him go
But It’s just common sense to me... if he doesn’t have to make decisions and doesn’t have the power to wave off the point guards you get the best of him without all the turnovers, bad decisions and selfishness

Shame, really. We traded for him, put the pressure of being the centerpiece of a deal for our All Star, then never properly developed or supported him.

The only surefire way to ensure the bold happens is to not have him on the floor. If you can't trust the guy you're paying all that dough to to make the right decisions in crunch time and you have plans on winning as many basketball games as possible you get rid of him just like La and New Orleans both did.

It was actually his facilitation that changed the game way more than him stretching the defense as a three point threat
Yes but everything is predicated from the fact teams have to guard him out on the perimeter. They can't play zone with quickley on the floor so it opens up P&R opportunities that people sagging off you wouldn't allow.
Just the threat opens things up

Yeah its pretty clear if you're going to start RJ, Julius and one of Mitch or Noel you cant start Elf with them. Its not even Elfs fault because i dont think hes actually the sole reason we're bad hes just an awful fit there and hes the easiest to replace.
You specifically will hate me for this but Rivers should start with that group and Burks lol. Hes a good enough threat from deep to bust a zone. Either that or Quickley but id rather Quickley run with the rest of the young guys on the 2nd unit.

Knicks lineup is like that Fox, Chicken, Bag of feed and the canoe riddle. It's hard to work out the combinations but they are there.
Can't have RJ & Randle
Can't have Randle & Payton
Randle & Obi isn't the best idea
And so on
Just getting rid of Randle solves a lot of issues, even if he is technically the team's "best player"
And Payton might arguably be the "best PG" and he causes issues as well, because of the issues of the other players with his, as you stated

If Rivers is the one to put Elf on the shelf, you won't hear any complaints from New Yorkers.
Mitch | Noel | (Randle)
Randle | Obi
Burks | Knox
RJ | Frank
Rivers | Quickley
Trade Randle at the deadline and I'd be happy.
