Thibs is a solid coach overall. He gets you regular season wins.
If he's a great coach then his impact will be clearly seen in the playoffs. A great coach takes this elite roster to the finals. If we underperform in the postseason, then I remain a Thibs skeptic.

Anything less than the ECF would be a major failure. That's the least we should demand of Thibs with the roster he has.
