If the front office lets Biz walk, is that Cliff's fault as well?
Im going to say that if they let Biz walk that there is no way that Clifford isn't largely responsible for that one. He could not have made it any clearer that he doesn't value Biz and doesn't want to play him in his system, to the point of trying to get away with playing Maxiell instead. If Biz would have got the minutes he deserved last season I don't think there is much chance we would be considering letting him go unless someone throws a crazy contract at him.
100% biased because you hate Cliff's coaching style and likely everything about him, the way he looks, the way he talks, his mannerisms, everything.
If the FRONT OFFICE lets Biz walk it has everything to do with fiscal management and the cap crunch with Al and Hendo opting in. Do you blame Cliff for Al and Hendo opting in or do you 100% blame Cho for failing to add serious starters to the roster to challenge them? Gary Neal, Mo Williams, now Spencer Hawes?

I don't blame Cliff for Al and Hendo opting in... Those are completely unrelated situations.
You can't seriously act like the way Cliff has used Biz hasn't affected the chances of us bringing him back. We have to give Clifford a player he is actually going to use. I would be shocked if Biz isn't already 3rd on the depth chart behind Hawes and he was behind our 15th man for a relevant portion of last season. You think the front office can afford to match the 6-8 million Biz might get offered when they know that the coach doesn't want to play him and will avoid it at almost any cost...
I don't generally blame Clifford for personnel moves, but in this case I don't see how you can deny the impact that Clifford could have on Biz's future here.
I don't blame Clifford for adding Neal to the team, but I do blame him for playing him so many minutes over better players. There was no reason for him to ever have the role he did except in certain stretches where we had injured wings. It will likely be the same story with Hawes. He could be a valuable player to us, but he is likely going to get used a ton with Al and with Marvin, and our offense will still be terrible, so he is going to look like a disaster and you will blame Cho for adding such a terrible player and not giving Clifford better options.
