But why would Minnesota rather have MCW than Wiggins? Especially when they already have Rubio. It would definitely take our First next year to get it done.
I get your point. But the Wolves seems to have this boneheaded play off mentality that might lead them to favor MCW over the pick. FWIW, MCW is an improving shooter and has the potential to be a good shooter. He could play a 2 PG line-up with Rubio.
Or maybe we can find a fourth team and trade MCW for assets that the Wolves might be interested with.
I'm not sure if I'm in the minority here but i like MCW and wanna keep him (compared to 2015 lotto pick). The dude gets it at the next level.
I'm over getting/keeping more picks (like the 2015 draft) especially when we have something of a known constant in MCW.
I'm with you. I don't see Minnesota taking MCW over Wiggins. Even as dumb as they seem to be at times. And I'll trade the 2015 lottery pick for Wiggins 100 times out of 100 in our current situation.
The prizes of the 2015 draft are big men. We already have our prized big men. Get Wiggins. Skip out on the 2015 draft, but have all of our picks after that.
MCW,Wiggins, Noel, Embiid, and Saric have the makings of a dynasty.
If only it were as simple as it seems...
