Should be an automatic 1 game suspension. Take the L like a man Murray! Lmao
What kind of message does the NBA send if they don’t?
Doesn’t really matter, Celtics will win Game 5 if he plays or if he doesn’t play

Let's finish these guys off on Tuesday. No need to give them (or the Sixers) any hope.
Is this sarcasm or are you heavily stoned hahaha.
Not exciting? I’m one of the more calm sports followers but that game had intensity and energy with key plays throughout.

Not being sarcastic. For whatever reason I felt that our guys didn't play at full strength tonight (except Timelord, and Smart to a lesser extent). Tatum and Brown were almost invisible in the first half yet we finished the half up by a dozen. Almost at no point did I feel the playoff intensity on our side. Super happy for the win though, especially after Friday's disappointment.
Feed Your Head wrote:So the sample is obviously tiny, but Tatum, Brogdon, and especially Al’s on/off’s for this series are insane.
Celtics net rating with them on the court
Al: +16.9
Brogdon: +13.8
Tatum: +9
With them off the court
Al: -13.7 (!!!)
Tatum: -9.5
Brogdon: -0.4
Net:
Al: +30.6 lmao
Tatum: +18.5
Brogdon: +14.2
Next closest on/off is Jaylen at -4.9, that’s an absurd gap lol. Again, tiny sample and there’s not much to take from it going forward, but god damn those numbers are crazy.

He’s absolutely getting suspended for game 5.
Feed Your Head wrote:Celts17Pride wrote:Feed Your Head wrote:The threes made Tatum’s game feel inefficient, but 31 points on a 61% TS is awesome. His defense was insane too, obviously.
Jaylen started 1-7 or whatever and finished with 31 on a 64% TS, and he was also excellent on defense, especially in the second half.
That’s the type of games you need to win on the road in the playoffs.
What more can people ask for from the two all-stars on the road? Both played like stars tonight
In a huge 4th quarter on the road, Tatum had 16 on 7 shots, and Jaylen had 12 on 7 shots.
That was a big-time quarter.
PLO wrote:Tatum played OK - took advantage of a few mismatches - decent on the defensive end. He is what we thought he was going into the season - a technically very proficient player operating close to his career ceiling as a rookie.
