McCarthy blowing another late lead.

Only 3 points off 4 Ram turnovers. Yikes. And the usual 2 or 3 personal fouls that remains a constant. Cowboys offense and back up QB's sucked tonight.

Guess you prefer paying Dak a record extension so he can kick *** in these meaningless games just to lose in the playoffs once again, like most fans who doesn't need to worry on paying clutch-less players big constants with their own money.

The owner does and he's not gonna take another meltdown anymore.

I guess you don't pay much attention at all the past 3 years. I wanted to ship Dak's dirty a.s out of here 3 years ago. Where have you been? He's useless as tits on a bull especially in big games against good teams. Dumb Dak reached his ceiling 3 or 4 years ago. Not my fault other loyal Cowboy fans couldn't see it coming. They buy Jerry's bulls..t, I don't. Stopped buying his bull crap 2 decades ago. And stop assuming and guessing how I feel about the Cowboys before having a conversation. You'll end up with egg on your face.

I didn't know we knew how to do that lol

Run game still looks like an issue, but the playcalling looked better at least. And Mac Jones looks like a capable backup so if Trevor gets hurt we don't have to rush him back because the only other option is CJ Beathard.

Don't follow what other posters comment especially that long ago but if you wanted Dak gone 3 years ago, did you even suggest realistic solutions on whom they should replaced him with at the time or do you just whine and complains only on their team's misgivings like most over reacting potato couch fans do. Anyone can whine, but at least I provide suggestions what they should feasibly do or whom they should go after in the draft or FA that should have a positive impact or improving depth.

Also, I don't put much stock on teams' first preseason game regardless of how they perform on any given drives as long as drafted players continue to get preseason reps they might not overwise get in games that matters or to even make the cut. That's why I like what the Rams were doing yesterday with Stetson following his 4 picks by observing how he handles himself, like can he bounce back to win the game. Same with the Vikings after JJ first pick, they left him in even after he tossed his first TD. That tells me more about players then just pulling them after a good drive. The Pats drafted 2 high profiled QBs yet only play them one drive while giving the rest of the reps to someone whom they have seen enough for 2 seasons already. I guess their first time HC really wanted to get that first win even against the worst team last season but if they continues this routine next game, hiding Maye's rawness when he needed the most reps regardless of how bad he may perform but to observe how he handle himself even when he struggles, otherwise I would seriously question his objective as a coach on a rebuilding team.

What would be the point of that? He had a no trade claus in his contract so it wasn't up for discussion.

Fair enough as hypothetical is probably not your thing by even bringing up his no trade clause as some excuse instead of merely stating not having any better options at the time as long as Dak is no longer your QB. Okay, I go with that timeline giving you the benefit of the doubt where he had already signed his first big contract with the no trade clause for the upcoming 2021 season after he broke his feet ending his and the Cowboys prior season. Well it couldn't had been during Dak stellar regular season where he had the most TD ever of his career for any fan to be fed up with his play, so it was most likely during the wild card against the 49ers where the game ended as he tried spiking the ball following the mishap when you and many passionate Cowboys fans finally had enough of him. I get the anger, even as an Eagles fan laughing during the moment.

Still, I would have giving Dak his first big contract if not sooner than continually tagging him cause he was playing at an elite level and there were no better options at the time with that talented roster, other then running with Andy as the starter again, if not worse. At least I like Dak's attitude of playing for his big contract as an FA instead of holding out or causing drama like many other players.

It happens. Besides, Darnold was given insurances for the starting job at Minny else he would have remained with the 49ers with a much better chance at winning the ship. Should have resigned the passtronaut with more IQ in his pinky than paying twice as much for a dumb turnover machine but guess they'll learn the hard way during the season Lol

Much better than your Mariota. Pickett shows confident on his quick release to be able to backup Hurts when he's out as he has some Foles in him.

If Pickett doesn't start a game, it's a good season.

He hasn't turned any heads either. Ever since training camp and now pre-season, Lance has been over throwing his WR's and also throwing behind him. Another words he has been inaccurate. He did a a few good throws last night.
