This is what I watch to convince myself on LaMelo as the #1 guy while ignoring what his weaknesses are, what his shooting percentages are, what the quality of competition was and how down his team was versus the opponents.
Lamelos team sucked before lamelo joined them lmao that team is in rebuilding mode and had a mixture of old veterans mixed with up and coming players they weren’t expected to be good with or without lamelo.
All prospects have weaknesses there is no perfect player in the draft lamelo is easily the most skilled and probably would automatically be the Knicks most skilled player even with the shooting concern not sure how many other players you can say that about which is why he is still the #1 to me
None of them seem to appealing in the shooting department. Obi and hailburton are the only ones spraying it at a efficient clip. Deni seems to have gotten practice in while the season was on hold
Outside of that nah they are all trash at shooting until proven other wise Lol
y’all just play favorites Which is fine everyone likes somebody. Lamelo to me is the most talented by a long shot not the most efficient clearly but from a pure talent perspective he’s elite in the categories needed to be a floor general. but I’m not against any other guards either I just don’t really care Who we select after lamelo is gone.
Edwards I like (very comfortable taking him) even though I feel he kind of overlaps Rj
Hayes is a project
Cole is a wild card
Hailburton gives role play vibes
Deni is cool probably a project
Obi is apparently “to old they say” lol
Wiseman has 3 games of Mitchell robinson highlights
