Forget Warriors-Spurs. Suns vs 76ers is the duel of the year! Who cares about fighting for championship when you can fight for the 1st pick?!

That's right Damkac. And at least this game will be 10 times more competitive then last night's Spurs-Warriors.

No Knight so we have actually have a chance to win this one. Praying that Tucker will take over as our tank commander tonight

Remember Tyson, you can grab as many boards as you want, just as long as no scoring results from it!

Any sensible fan wants to play the pinballs. Some are are just honest enough to admit it.

Well in a perfect world, I'd rather watch our young guys flourish and win a lot and win the lottery as a long shot. We are going to have a reasonable chance at a top 3 pick no matter what happens.

Not really, just for fans that think A) we can win the lotto and B) that the person picked won't be the next Oden, Bennett, etc.

This.

We have two very good players from the 13th-14th range, who both seem to be better than the one we picked at #5. I'd rather them have some taste of winning. I hope our scouting is working overtime.

There is a silver lining either way as far as I'm concerned. I won't be surprised if someone like Toronto wins the lotto with the Knicks pick, or of course the Pelicans or TWolves to give them yet another star, or of course the Lakers or Boston.

I'm sure they do, its easy to have that view if you aren't the one lacing up the sneakers. Any competitive person wants to win.

Yep, we've never won the lotto. I could see us having the worst record, and still end up picking 3rd or 4th over winning it.

It was really strange watching the Cavs vs Wolves game, which had 4 number one picks going at it, and only one of them has a chip, and it was after he left the team which drafted him.

I also wouldn't be totally shocked if we won the lotto, no matter where our spot is (especially if we are in top 7 odds). Its all random.

We'll probably end up in a tie with the TWolves or something for 4th worst record, do a coin flip, and we will win it, to get the 4th spot, dropping them to 5th best odds, and they leapfrog us and win the lotto with that 5th worst spot, dropping us to 5th anyway. It will surely be the most gut wrenching way to barely miss that top pick possible.

I shouldn't have dreamed up that scenario. Now I feel like I am going to certainly watch it play out in horror.

I'm not worried about events that will happen in a few months, just want to cheer on the guys that suit up in purple and orange.

It would be great for Book and Goodwin to build off what they have done, and even better for Chandler and Len to grab 30+ boards. I hope Len goes at Noel, and prove why he was picked before him.
