This is something the raps need, a player who radiates confidence. When he comes our mentality shifts from "we can win this game" to "We will WIN this game"
sorry to derail ...article is a really good read
People are soo quick to judge the trade but playing with Nash will make Shaq good again,
Having Amare no longer bruising with centers will:
1- improve his offence (taking on weaker PF)
2- defence intesity
ALL BECAUSE of MORE ENERGY
I Cant wait until #32 suits up!
EDIT: O yea the standard REALGMer response "What the hell with the ALL CAPS, is ur key board broken? attention whore.. blah blah blah"
LOL Did you put this in after or before I changed the title? To answer I simply cut and pasted the title of the article, hehe. I know you're just busting my chops.
But, I for one, like the trade they had their shot last year and depending on your interpretation of events, they blew it. They needed to make a deal just to shake things up, for the some of the same reasons many are saying that Dallas needs to change the structure of their team.
The first thing that popped in my head when the Shaq deal went through, actually I mentioned it some friends of mine before hand was to put Shaq with a bunch of greyhounds on MIA and it will be like what Showtime did with Kareem. I just didn't know the greyhounds would be in PHO.
He'll provide PHO with the ability to play different styles, just like SA does.
I still like the Lakers though. I'm a Jackson mark.
