He didn't 'miss out' on Darko, that was a mistake plain and simple. I think Gay can be a mid-level star in the league (think PP) and Warrick can be a great third or fourth option. The Grizz have a lottery pick and can only hope for landing a star. I mean, just like every other team that doesn't have a true star, you just have to have the right combination of good personnel management and luck to try to land one.
